They’re guided through a clear\, step-by-step process—observe\, confirm\, document\, and meet—ensuring they are well-prepared for difficult situations while avoiding common pitfalls. \nFrom mastering the steps to managing employees\, DriverCheck’s Supervisor Training equips your leaders with practical tools to handle challenges with confidence and care. \nTom Wilson has been a dedicated employee of DriverCheck\, Canada’s Fitness for Duty Experts and leading provider of workplace medical testing and assessments\, for six years. As a Business Development Manager\, Tom collaborates with organizations\, particularly those in safety-sensitive industries\, to design and manage customized fitness for duty programs that meet their unique needs. \nTom is passionate about educating clients on industry best practices and developing tailored programs that align with their specific requirements and company strategies.
