DESCRIPTION:Dennis Touesnard Bio:\nDennis\, a Brantford native\, was called to the Ontario Bar in 2006. Dennis’ practice encompasses all areas of civil and commercial litigation\, including employment law\, personal injury law\, estate litigation and construction law. \nIn the area of employment law Dennis assists employees in obtaining fair compensation when terminated and assists employers in identifying sound\, practical business solutions with a results-oriented approach. \nIn the area of personal injury law\, Dennis aggressively pursues the rights of injured persons in order to fairly compensate those people for their injuries. \nDennis also has significant experience in resolving disputes relating to estates and in assisting creditors recover monies owing to them by debtors. \nDennis has successfully appeared before all levels of court in Ontario and has significant Tribunal experience\, including the Human Rights Commission \nDennis and he and his family are actively involved in the Brantford community.
