Attracting good candidates

Hello everyone,
I just thought I would post something to see if any other manufacturing companies in Brantford/Brant County are struggling to attract and retain production team members…? We have made many changes, for the better, to try and attract and retain employees…it seems to work for a bit; however, the turnover rate is increasing. If you have experienced and/or conquered similar issues, I’d love to hear from you. Thank you in advance. Leanne
