Just wondering what other companies’ policies are in regards to salaried employees extra time/overtime….do you pay them or offer time in lieu at the rate in which they earned it (i.e. if they worked 4 extra hours which is actually OT, they are entitled to 6 hours time off). Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated. Thanks everyone!
