Does your company offer a special overtime rate if employees work the weekend or is is just after the 44th hour worked in the week?
Our Company starts to pay after the 44th hour.
We calculate overtime after 44 hours per week.
We pay overtime after 40 hours for hourly employees.
44 hours per week for us, but this is under review

Thank you for the responses regarding overtime pay…what happens when there is a stat that week? For example, there is a stat on Monday (ee did not work)…if the person works their 8-hours Tues to Fri and comes in for OT on Saturday – do you pay them regular rate or OT rate? Does your company have a special rule? Thank you, Leanne
We also pay after 44 hours. As for your question regarding stat pay and working on the weekend of that week. Our emp’ee must work 34.5 hours regular, plus 9.5 hours stat and anything over that equals overtime.
