Hello everyone,
Just wanted to see how many people have run into the issue of employees not wanting to do rotating shifts and what accommodations were given….not including medical note situations. For example, any policies created for these type of situations that allow 2 people to switch? 1 is straight afternoons and the other is straight days – this can be approved as long as both people agree to and sign off for a specific period of time. I am curious to hear other people’s ideas or what has worked for you/your companies. Thank you!
