Hello BHRN Members and Future Members,
I am honoured to serve you all as the President of the Brant Human Resources Network for a third consecutive term for our 2024/2025 season. Since March 2023, I have been employed as the Director of Human Resources with American Iron and Metal supporting the province of Ontario. I hold my Certified Human Resources Leader accreditation with the HRPA and hold myself to the highest standards to be a leader and teacher in the HR field. When I am not at work, I enjoy spending time with my family and I am an avid gym go-er, cyclist and soccer player.
I want to welcome to our new and existing members. We take great pride in our HR network group and proud to be one of the few regular in-person HR groups that meets regularly to network, learn, and develop ourselves.
A sincere thanks to our Board of Directors for the time and effort spent in the summer months to plan and prepare for another exciting year. In the coming weeks, our website will be updated to reflect the dates of our monthly luncheons.
Membership invoices are in progress and will be sent out soon. We are always eager to welcome new businesses and individuals to our luncheons. We have an amazing lineup of speakers for the 2024/2025 season that are sure to educate our members on emerging HR trends and legislative updates and topics. If any of our members have suggestions on topics or speakers for our luncheons, please send them the BHRN email at [email protected].
Our first luncheon for the 2024/2025 season is scheduled for Thursday, September 19, 2024. We ask that you please register on our website ahead of each luncheon and advise us of any cancellations in advance.
