    Building a Vibrant Coaching Culture with Jennifer Britton

    Meet Jennifer Britton, a trailblazing figure in coaching, celebrated author, and dynamic speaker who has significantly impacted the coaching community. Jennifer founded Potentials Realized in 2004, an award winning coaching, training and consulting company after leading teams for more than a decade globally with organizations including the United Nations.

    In 2009, Jennifer made history with “Effective Group Coaching,” the world’s first book on Group Coaching. Over the last 20 years she has trained thousands of leaders and coaches on coaching skills. She’s worked with teams and groups around the world to scale the coaching conversation.

    In 2016 Jennifer was awarded the Prism Award for Excellence in Coaching for her work with the Scarborough Hospital’s leaders in equipping them with coaching skills. That program also went on to win an Award of Excellence with i4PL.

    As the founder, CEO, and lead coach of Potentials Realized, Jennifer is a driving force in coaching. Her TEDx talk, “Coaching Teams Through Chaos,” has resonated globally, amassing over 30,000 views.
