March 26th – WSIB Best Practices presented by Windley Ely

We are excited to announce our March luncheon. We understand how busy March break can be so we have taken the opportunity to push our luncheon back by one week.
Join us for an interactive training session featuring WINDLEY ELY where we will dive deep into WSIB best practices. This session will cover SPOTTING RED FLAGS, NAVIGATING REAL-LIFE SCENARIOS, HANDLING DIFFICULT SITUATIONS and evaluating your WSIB experience rating statement.
These will have you leaving with key takeaways to directly strengthen and improve your own program. This session is open for all – not just HR. Please extend the invite to any employee in your network that covers WSIB. This is sure to be a session you dont’ want to miss.

Lauren Walls, Associate Director Of Operations
Lauren joined Windley Ely in 2008 and currently serves as the Associate Director of Operations, also managing our Montreal office. She brings over 18 years of experience in Workers’ Compensation across various industries. Lauren earned a Law Clerk Diploma from Fanshawe College and holds certifications from the Ivey Leadership Program, as well as the Communication and Leadership Presence Program. She is currently furthering her professional development by working toward her HR designation.
Lauren is passionate about leading people and spearheading change. Her expertise encompasses complex claims management, customer service, advising on the effects of experience rating during transactions, strategic and succession planning, and leading and implementing change initiatives.
Kimberly Boyd, Manager Client Services
Kimberly Boyd is a Client Service Manager at Windley Ely, bringing over 12 years of experience in supporting existing clients and leading business development initiatives. Her career has been dedicated to creating and managing sales and service plans, building strong relationships with key decision-makers, and continuously enhancing her industry knowledge to drive success.
In her role, Kimberly serves as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their evolving needs are met with strategic, tailored solutions. She collaborates closely with internal teams to deliver seamless service, proactively identifies growth opportunities, and drives initiatives that strengthen client retention and satisfaction.
