Michelle DeLuca – DJB (Duward Jones Barkwell & Company) – Recruitment/Retention & Future Workforce
Michelle DeLuca has over 20 years of experience working in Human Resources as an HR Generalist. She has also completed the Workplace Investigations Certificate Program through Bernardi Human Resource Law LLP. Michelle is a member of the Niagara chapter of the HRPA, as well as the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM) in the US. She has an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and Business, as well as a Bachelor of Education, specializing in adult education.
As a Senior Human Resources Consultant for DJB, Michelle works within the Human Resources Advisory Team to provide effective HR solutions and practical advice to clients. She has a breadth of knowledge in all areas of human resources including recruitment, employee relations, compensation, organizational development, policy development, and training. She is a strong relationship builder and believes in a client-focused approach to assisting businesses in realizing and meeting their HR objectives.
