Come listen to a Lawyer from Hicks Morley speak on workplace investigations.
Lydia Bay is a labour and employment lawyer in Hicks Morley’s Waterloo office. She
provides advice and representation to employers and management on a wide range
of human resources matters, including practical and strategic advice on issues
relating to human rights and accommodation, grievance arbitrations, employment
standards, wrongful dismissals and related litigation.
Matthew Mihailovich is a labour and employment lawyer in Hicks Morley’s Waterloo
office. He advises a wide variety of public and private sector employers on issues
relating to their workplaces. He appears in court, as well as before labour arbitrators,
the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario, the Ontario Labour Relations Board, the
Workplace Safety and Insurance Board, and the Workplace Safety and Insurance
Appeals Tribunal. He also regularly acts as spokesperson in collective bargaining.
