    What is your company police/practice for employee background checks? And what services do you use to assist to complete the back check?

    We’ve started using Triton and it seems to be going well. All employees are required to have a background check completed post offer. If it’s not clear, we will review further. It doesn’t automatically mean they are ineligible to work here.
