Our manufacturing company is new and is not quite sure what to do regarding indoor/outdoor shoes for the office staff in winter. The President, which is new to our Canadian winters has been advised that the salt that we are carrying in can ruin the new office carpet. Everyone on the factory floor wears steel toed boots. What’s your company’s policy on indoor/outdoor shoes? Just looking to see what other companies do…Thank you.
